We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your
items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused.
Please NOTE that are candles are hand poured,
which will vary in appearance and colour.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for damaged items. If you would
like to exchange your candle please contact first.
Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of the our candles, candles can sometimes arrive damaged due to handling. Please email us at natureessence23@gmail.com and we are more than happy to send you
a replacement candle. Original candle must be returned.
Processing
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank
or credit card company to process the refund too.
